Board Approves Delano Apartments Sewer Connection Fees

Dartmouth Board of Public Works approves Delano Apartments sewer connection fees and equipment repairs. The Board unanimously approved a Memorandum of Agreement for the Delano Apartments establishing fees totaling approximately $206,800 in phases through final occupancy, including a $62,395 capital improvement fee for pump station and treatment plant improvements. The Board also authorized $50,000 from its emergency capital account for woodchipper/grinder repairs, with Director Timothy Barber noting that replacement equipment would cost approximately $900,000.
In additional action, the Board approved a $130,000 contract amendment with VHB to advance the Cross Road Improvement Project to 100 percent design completion.
