DARTMOUTH — Board of Appeals continues major 147-unit housing development hearing with focus on conditions. The Residences at Hawthorne project at 970 Tucker Road would include 117 single-family homes and 30 duplex units, with 37 units designated as affordable for households earning up to 80 percent of area median income. Chairperson Michael Medeiros and members Halim Choubah and Alvin Youman, with Associate Member Walter Faria, continued the public hearing to April 13, 2026.
