DARTMOUTH — Board of Appeals approves condo conversion at DePina property. The Board unanimously approved a use variance allowing Joseph DePina to convert two pre-existing dwellings on his West Bliss Street property into separately owned condominiums, with his niece's family purchasing the front residence built in 1967 and DePina retaining the rear accessory apartment added in 1991. Board member Halim Choubah noted the request was largely administrative, as both homes would remain family-occupied with no change to residential density or character.
The board also continued a special permit hearing on a Bonneau Court addition and a comprehensive permit for a 300-unit Hathaway development.
