Board of Appeals continues Sherbrooke Farms hearing to June
Board of Appeals · Meeting of April 30, 2026
Dartmouth Board of Appeals continues Sherbrooke Farms hearing pending water and sewer review. Chairperson Michael Medeiros and members Halim Choubah and Alvin Youman unanimously voted to extend the comprehensive permit hearing to June 8, allowing completion of infrastructure capacity analysis. The proposed 156-unit rental development on Old Westport Road in a Single Residence B district includes 39 affordable units and requires 16 zoning waivers, many related to landscaping and site design.
DPW Director Tim Barber advised that the peer review consultant's analysis of the project's impact on the sewer system remained incomplete as of the April 30 hearing.
