DARTMOUTH — Board of Assessors approves 12 abatements, denies five others in closed session vote. Chair Kevin Santos and member Curtis Nunes voted unanimously on March 26 to approve 10 real estate abatement applications and two additional abatement applications. In a separate unanimous vote, they denied five real estate abatement applications.
The decisions followed a closed executive session where the assessors discussed abatements and exemptions pursuant to state law, reconvening to cast their votes at 11:28 a.m.
