Board of Assessors approves abatements, exemptions, forest land tax application

DARTMOUTH — The Board of Assessors approves three abatements, denies one, processes tax exemptions. Chair Kevin Santos and member Curtis Nunes convened without member Robert Michaud present to process property tax applications. The board unanimously approved abatement applications 5, 12, and 18 while denying application V21 and unanimously processed four exemption applications: S16, S17, S18, and V22.
The board also unanimously approved a Chapter 61 Forest Land application affecting parcels 76/14 and 77/3.
