Dartmouth's Budget Advisory Group examines $30 million in required annual fixed costs, shifts focus to long-term planning. Chairman Christopher O'Neil and members reviewed expenditures including $9.5 million for health and life insurance, $6.9 million for pensions, and $6.3 million for a state-mandated vocational school assessment that has risen from $5.85 million in fiscal 2023.
