Conservation Commission approves shed project, continues hearings

Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 13, 2026

Dartmouth Conservation Commission approves shed project, continues hearings. The Commission approved a certificate of compliance for residential work at 2 Beach Rose Lane involving a shed and buffer zone replanting, after staff found initial plantings had recovered well from browsing damage. The Commission continued two public hearings to January 27: a Notice of Intent for site improvements at 293 Flag Swamp Road by the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust, and a residential pier and cart path project at 600 Potomska Road.

Staff requested additional Harbormaster comment for the pier project before final consideration.
