DARTMOUTH — Conservation Commission approves waterfront pier and seawall repair, denies home construction. The five-member board unanimously approved a residential pier at 600 Potomska Road with a $1,000 shellfish habitat mitigation fee and seasonal work restrictions, and approved stone seawall repair at 57 Naushon Avenue within its existing footprint. Chair Michael Kehoe and the Commission unanimously rejected without prejudice a single-family home application at 80 Horseneck Road, finding the applicant's ongoing legal disputes with the property owner made the matter unripe for determination.
A car wash site improvement project at 271 State Road, which triggered a February 2026 stop-work order for unauthorized wetland buffer disturbance, was continued to May 12 for revised restoration plans.
