DARTMOUTH — CPC approves $21,500 in community project invoices. The Community Preservation Committee voted unanimously to approve invoices totaling $21,500 for water damage repairs to the Akin House ($2,800), kayak racks at Dias Landing ($6,700), and cemetery repairs ($12,000). Acting Chairperson James Conlin led the meeting with six members present; John Sousa flagged concerns about insufficient vendor documentation on the Dias Landing project, prompting Susan Murray to move a conditional approval pending receipt of additional details, which passed unanimously.

The committee also recognized Joe Vieira and Margaret Sweet for their combined 13 years of service representing Parks and Recreation and the Planning Board.
