Dartmouth Conservation Commission unanimously approves site improvements at Flag Swamp Road property. The Commission voted to issue an Order of Conditions for Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust improvements at its 293 Flag Swamp Road property, including gravel road access, parking, stormwater controls, and removal of a steel catwalk, two pumphouses, and wooden pier, with special containment requirements for any overwater work. The Commission continued hearings on three additional projects pending further review, withdrew one application, and issued an enforcement order against unauthorized trenching at 271 State Road.
