Dartmouth Deeds Show $585,500 Median Amid Wave of Family Trust Transfers
Dartmouth recorded 69 property transfers at the Bristol County Registry of Deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with disclosed prices ranging from $1,000 to $2,850,000 and a median of $585,500 among the 29 sales with a listed price. The top sale was 23 High St. at $2,850,000, followed by 47 Faunce Corner Rd. at $2,440,000 and 58 Naushon Ave. at $2,350,000. Smith Neck Road saw the most activity of any single street, with four recorded transfers. Roughly 40 of the 69 deeds, a large share, involved no disclosed price, many appearing to be family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales.
