Dartmouth recorded 69 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only 28 carried a listed sale price, ranging from $178,200 to $2,850,000 with a median of $605,250. The month's top transaction was 23 High St., which sold for $2.85 million, followed closely by a $2.44 million commercial sale on Faunce Corner Road and a $2.35 million sale on Naushon Avenue. Nearly half of all recorded transfers were made for nominal consideration, pointing to a significant share of trust or family-related transfers rather than open-market sales, while eight more transfers await a recorded price.
