Dartmouth Housing Authority approves compliance and wage certifications despite absences. The Board unanimously approved the FY 2026 Section 8 New Construction/Substantial Rehabilitation Compliance Certification and the FY 2027 Executive Director and Board Approval Regarding Wage Match Form at its May 11 meeting. Executive Director Robbie A.

DeSouza was present along with members David Brodeur, Brock N. Cordeiro, and Elaine C. Lancaster.

Chairman Michael Mattos and member Lori Logan were absent, which prevented board reorganization as it required full quorum. The Board scheduled its annual meeting for July 27 and continues to await final completion documentation from Young Developers for the Sol E Mar Lane Roof Project.
