Dartmouth Housing Authority approves five-year contract for Executive Director. The board unanimously voted to extend Robbie A. DeSouza's contract through June 30, 2031, at an annual salary of $127,227, with $20,369 funded through a management services agreement with the Dighton Housing Authority.
The contract includes a contingency reducing DeSouza's salary by $20,369 if the Dighton agreement terminates. The board also unanimously authorized DeSouza to approve and sign all contracts and Contracts for Financial Assistance on behalf of the Authority, and voted to maintain the DHA's laborer wage rate at $33.49 per hour against a recommended state decrease to $32.38 per hour.
