DARTMOUTH — Historical Commission approves four renovation projects, defers three for additional information. The Dartmouth body unanimously approved kitchen relocation and rebuilding at 69 Naushon Avenue, a dormer addition at 304 Elm Street, and partial bump-outs at 217 Little River Road. Three applications were deferred: 88 Hancock Street (pending clarification on 20 replacement windows), 93 Williams Street (new construction proposal requiring additional plans), and 61A Beach Avenue (project description conflicting with architectural plans on bedroom count).
Chairperson Robert Mahowald will follow up with applicants.
