Dartmouth Historical Commission approves three residential renovations with conditions. The board unanimously green-lighted renovation of a cedar-shingled 1885 house at 4 Bayview Avenue, a 1891 kitchen-and-porch extension at 1 Cleveland Street subject to Zoning Board of Appeals approval, and conversion of two rental structures at 292 Elm Street built in 1930. A fourth application for whole-house renovation at 595 Quanapoag Road, an 1880 property, was tabled pending additional information from the homeowner.
