Dartmouth Housing Authority Board of Commissioners unanimously approves $794,868 capital fund amendment. Chairman Michael Mattos and four board members voted unanimously to approve CFA 5001 Amendment #11 from the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities. The board also noted HUD approval of a rent increase at Munroe Terrace, effective November 5, 2025, raising monthly rent from $1,549 to $2,000.
Board member Elaine Lancaster was absent.
