The board, meeting with three of five members present, approved the FY 2027 Annual Plan and Capital Improvement Program on a 3-0 roll-call vote following a public hearing with no resident comment. Vice Chair Elaine Lancaster, David Brodeur, and Brock N.
Cordeiro voted; Michael Mattos was absent. The board also authorized a $48,800 contract with Mr. V General Contractor LLC for Munroe Terrace balcony improvements and approved a $1,383 collection loss for 11 Sol E Mar Lane.
