Dartmouth Housing Authority approves smoke detectors and language access updates. The Board of Commissioners unanimously authorized Chairman Michael Mattos to contract with WYND Sentry Devices for $4,150 to install cigarette, marijuana, and vape detectors across all nine apartments at the O'Connor Sisson House, including five years of monitoring and reporting. The board also unanimously adopted a revised Language Access Plan incorporating recommendations from the Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
Executive Director Robbie A. DeSouza reported that resident census information had been forwarded to the Town Clerk as authorized.
