Housing Authority awards sewer contract, approves maintenance bonuses

DARTMOUTH — The Dartmouth Housing Authority unanimously awarded a $349,990 sewer main replacement contract and approved bonuses for maintenance staff. Michael Mattos, Chairman, led the March 9 meeting at which the board voted to contract Celco Construction Corp for the Sol E Mar Lane project and to provide each DHA Maintenance Employee a $100 bonus in recognition of their performance during the Blizzard of 2026. The board also accepted the Massachusetts State-Aided Property Insurance Program Participation Agreement, approved the Executive Director and January Treasurer's reports, and accepted the Sol E Mar Lane Quarterly Operating Statement for the period ending December 31, 2025.
