Dartmouth Parks Board investigates $1,800 traffic counter system for Round Hill Beach. The Board reviewed a DC Digital system that would count vehicles entering and exiting the beach gate and display real-time parking availability on an LED sign and potentially online. Board member Joseph Vieira suggested Ver-Mac as an alternative option.
The Board also unanimously denied beach stickers to non-resident town employees and announced beach sticker sales starting March 1 with a new online purchasing option featuring a one-week-valid printable receipt. Round Hill Beach opens June 13, 2026.
