Dartmouth Pathways Committee · Meeting of June 18, 2026
Dartmouth Pathways Committee unanimously approves letter supporting pedestrian accommodations on Hathaway Road. Chair Bill Trimble, Sandy Medeiros, and Jim Box voted to send the letter to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals; Box will draft it for next month's review. The meeting featured more than an hour of public comment on the South Coast Bikeways Alliance's proposed Northern Scenic Greenway, with residents raising concerns about land takings and safety.
The committee stressed that only preliminary design funding is available and that both preliminary and final designs will require future Select Board and Town Meeting approvals.
