Dartmouth Planning Board approves parking variance for Audi, Volkswagen dealership at Route 6. The board voted 4-0 to approve a special permit allowing the dealership at 0 State Road to reduce required parking from 177 spaces to 113, with provisions for 64 additional spaces if needed. Planning Director Daniel Gioiosa said the reduction eliminates 55,000 square feet of pavement.
The board continued the project's site plan review to June 22 to address departmental comments on landscaping, stormwater design, and glare impacts.
