Dartmouth Planning Board unanimously approves two commercial site plans at Faunce Corner. The board granted approval to Site Plan Review PSPR-26-1 at 411 Faunce Corner Road and PSPR-26-2 at 57 Faunce Corner Mall Road, Unit 65, following revisions addressing Planning Board and Department of Public Works engineering comments. Chairperson Lorri-Ann Miller praised the Faunce Corner Road building as fitting well within the town's character.
Planning Director Daniel Gioiosa was granted administrative authority to approve final landscaping adjustments for the project.
