DARTMOUTH — Planning Board continues special permit hearing, approves lot reconfiguration. The board voted unanimously to continue the public hearing for a special permit application at 813 State Road to January 26, 2026, and unanimously approved an Approval Not Required application for 158 Little River Road pending administrative verification of ownership records by Assistant Director of Planning Ross Cuddy. Chair Nicholas Psichopaidas presided over the virtual meeting with four members present.
The board also discussed proposed revisions to parking standards under Article 24, including reducing stall depth from 20 feet to 18 feet and allowing special permits to reduce required spaces; that discussion will continue at the next meeting.
