DARTMOUTH — Planning Board continues State Road special permit, approves seven-lot release. Chair Nicholas Psichopaidas and the board voted unanimously to continue the public hearing on a special permit application for 813 State Road to April 6, 2026, citing unresolved sewer tie-in capacity issues with the Department of Public Works and the applicant's pending contract with consultant Stantec. Planning Director Daniel Gioiosa stated the goal for the next meeting is to resolve remaining plan revisions outside the sewer issue and potentially close the hearing.
The board also unanimously approved release of all seven lots in the Golen Farms subdivision from their performance covenant after town counsel and the treasurer's office confirmed a bond was on file and met requirements.
