Planning Board continues special permit hearing, approves prior minutes

DARTMOUTH — Planning Board votes unanimously to continue special permit hearing. Vice Chair Lorri-Ann Miller led the board in approving a continuation of the PSP-25-2 public hearing for 813 State Road to March 23, 2026, and extended sign and statutory deadlines by matching 4-0-0 tallies. The board also voted 3-0-0 to continue a Release of Lots from Performance Covenant for Golen Farms to the same date.
Planning Director Daniel Gioiosa reported the department has begun a feasibility study for the Apponagansett Landing site and held an initial meeting with the selected architect firm.
