Planning Board Endorses Article 24 Site Plan Review Updates

DARTMOUTH — Planning Board votes unanimously to advance Article 24 site plan review updates. The proposed bylaw revisions, in development since August, modernize regulations addressing off-street parking, stormwater compliance, and review procedures while granting the board greater regulatory flexibility and authority to grant waivers. Director of Planning Daniel Gioiosa and Assistant Director Ross Cuddy explained that the changes are intended to support master plan redevelopment goals and streamline the town's development review process if approved at the June 2 town meeting.
The board also endorsed two Approval Not Required subdivision plans and forwarded the Housing Production Plan to SRPEDD for state pre-approval review.
