Preservation Committee advances $2.3 million in six warrant articles

DARTMOUTH — Community Preservation Committee advances $2.3M in warrant articles for Town Meeting. Chairperson Howard Baker-Smith led the committee in endorsing six articles, including $853,300 for Dartmouth Cultural Center restoration, $575,000 for Davoll Field conservation, and $461,394 for DCTV renovations Phase III. Most articles passed unanimously; DCTV drew one abstention from the eight-member panel.

The committee also allocated $112,000 to the community housing reserve to meet statutory reserve requirements.
