Dartmouth School Committee approves school choice for 2026-2027 and revises calendar. The Committee voted 3-1 to accept school choice students, with Mr. Nunes opposed; Superintendent Dr.
Saba-Maguire reported 105 students currently attend Dartmouth High School under school choice and the district is targeting 35 seats for the coming year. The Committee unanimously approved the proposed 2026-2027 school calendar with an amendment to add December 23, 2026 as a no-school day, making June 17, 2027 the final day of the school year. The Committee also unanimously approved the 2025 Annual Report and heard a presentation from Early Childhood Director Stephanie Riccardi on Cushman School, which includes seven pre-K classrooms and a new Compass classroom added this year.
