Select Board approves business manager changes, records access policy

Dartmouth Select Board approves record access policy to speed requests. Town Clerk Sarah Haskell Arruda presented a new Public Records Access Officer Policy routing records requests directly to department heads rather than the town clerk's office, and the board voted unanimously to adopt it and appoint applicable department heads as officers. The board also unanimously approved manager changes for Tailgate Sports Bar & Grill and Shaw's Supermarkets, Inc., and appointed Town Administrator Cody Haddad to temporary representation on the SRPEDD and SRTA boards.
Library director report noted Dartmouth Public Library achieved the highest circulation of physical items among all 70 SAILS network libraries in 2025, with 218,000 items checked out.
