Dartmouth Select Board approves conservation restriction for 8.48-acre Little River property. The Board voted unanimously to protect the environmentally sensitive parcel from subdivision through a conservation restriction overseen by Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust; the property sits on a designated scenic road with endangered species habitat within a FEMA flood zone. In related administrative actions, the Board approved a 3 percent merit raise plus a 5 percent one-time bonus for Town Administrator Cody Haddad and hired Brandy Silva as DPW Business Manager to address financial deficiencies in water, sewer, and solid waste operations.

The Board also approved summer Town Hall hours and conducted broad reappointments across 13 boards and committees.
