Select Board approves pouring permits for Running Brook Vineyard and appoints animal control officer

DARTMOUTH — Select Board backs vineyard permits and capital planning review. The board unanimously approved pouring permits for Running Brook Vineyard and Winery to resume wine service by the glass and distilled spirits operations at 335 Old Fall River Road, and appointed Devin Cloutier as Animal Control Officer. The Long Range Capital Planning Committee presented a comprehensive ten-year capital plan identifying $13 million in near-term projects, with annual debt service projected to reach $15 million by 2035.
Town Administrator Cody Haddad warned the board that water and wastewater infrastructure needs alone will require approximately $100 million over ten years, funded through enterprise rate increases. The board unanimously approved the Annual Town Election Warrant for April 7 voting.
