DARTMOUTH — Select Board votes unanimously to revoke appointments of three Historic District commissioners. Gerard Koot, Janet Stanton, and Michael Woyciechouski face removal for financial conflicts of interest in commission votes, discussions outside officially posted meetings, and an unauthorized lawsuit the court dismissed. Town Counsel Attorney Anthony Savastano documented a pattern of ethics and open meeting law violations.

The violations intensified when the commission held an unposted emergency meeting today to vote before facing the Select Board, proceeding despite legal counsel's advice.
