Waterways Commission approves prior minutes, advances marina project

Dartmouth Waterways Management Commission unanimously approved prior minutes and advanced four infrastructure projects. Harbormaster Steve Meto reported delivery of two new piles and four new floats for the marina, with funding expected from ARPA, SEC, and Town CPC match pending Town Manager confirmation; contractor selection and installation are proceeding before the boating season. The commission approved the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget and Capital Improvement Plan, which includes full-time clerical position funding and a new truck.
Patrick Rezendes of Foth Engineering will confirm Division of Marine Fisheries time-of-year restrictions and request a three-year extension of the Order of Conditions expiring in March 2026.
