Dartmouth Select Board Unanimously Removes Three Historic District Commission Members
DARTMOUTH — June 8, 2026 — Dartmouth Select Board votes unanimously to remove three Russells Mills Historic District Commission members. Stanton and Woyciechouski faced a second charge: both are abutters to a property on which the commission recently ruled, a conflict the board characterized as a direct violation of Massachusetts ethics law. The removals follow the board's ouster of Chairman Sponberg at its June 1 meeting and leave the commission without a quorum.
