DARTMOUTH — Planning Board postpones State Road review, approves land adjustments. The Dartmouth Planning Board voted unanimously to continue its review of a Special Permit application for 813 State Road to August 31, 2026, pending sewer-connection confirmation. Planning Director Daniel Gioiosa reported the applicant requested the postponement.
The board also unanimously approved two routine land adjustments: a minor lot swap at 16 Rebecca Road and a corrected plan at 0 Jason Drive, both maintaining required single-family frontage standards.
