Dartmouth Planning Board unanimously approves 56-unit apartment project with March 2027 construction deadline. The Board approved the revised site plan for the apartment complex at 810 State Road, subject to conditions including Department of Public Works approval of water and sewer connections, submission of final as-built plans, and construction commencement by March 22, 2027. The August 25 design revisions incorporated Board suggestions including a covered bus shelter for children and relocation of light poles to avoid landscaping conflicts.
The Board also unanimously continued a special permit hearing (PSP-25-2) for 813 State Road to October 5, 2026.
