Dartmouth Deed Filings Show $2.165 Million Rockland Street Sale, Wide Price Spread

The Bristol County Registry of Deeds recorded 74 Dartmouth property transfers between July 17 and August 15. Of those, 33 listed a sale price, ranging from $175,000 to $2,165,000, with a median of $557,000. The period's top sale was 3 Rockland St., which sold for $2,165,000 on July 30 from DHANI LLC to Margaret Bussiere. Rockland Street, Smith Neck Road, Fisher Road and Hidden Bay Drive each recorded three transfers. More than 30 of the 74 filings were transfers between individuals and their own trusts or family members, which largely lacked disclosed prices, a pattern that accounts for most of the period's undisclosed transactions.
