Dartmouth home sales span $1,000 to $2.85 million as median holds at $526,000
Dartmouth recorded 73 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with 38 carrying a listed sale price ranging from $1,000 to $2,850,000 and a median of $526,000. The month's top sale was 23 High St. for $2,850,000, followed by 58 Naushon Ave. at $2,350,000. Thirty-five transfers have no price yet, and many of those show a buyer and seller sharing a name, suggesting family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales. Sales were spread across price tiers, 18 under $500,000, 16 between $500,000 and $1 million, and four above $1 million, with no single tier dominating the period.
