Dartmouth Deed Filings Show $2.2 Million Top Sale, Thin Price Recording
Dartmouth recorded 73 property transfers from July 3 to August 1, 2026, but only 33 had a sale price recorded, ranging from $175,000 to $2,165,000 with a median of $612,500. The month's top sale was 3 Rockland St., which sold for $2,165,000 on July 30 to Margaret Bussiere. Several streets, including Hidden Bay, Elm and Rockland, saw multiple transfers. Most of the 40 unpriced deeds involved same-surname parties or transfers into family trusts. With over half the period's filings lacking price data, the numbers show steady transaction volume but only a partial view of actual market pricing.
